SHIPPING                                                                                                        

Please include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc) in your order. If you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Please be sure to provide your order number and correct shipping information. Any orders that need to be edited due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee.

Sacred Moon Jewelry is not responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for shipping during promotional sales and holidays. 

EXCHANGES                                                                                                        

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you would like to return your item, please see RETURNS for more information. 

RETURNS                                                                                                                

If your item arrived in less than perfect condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received your order. If your piece is not to your highest liking,  you can return it to us unaltered within 14 days of the date you received it, and you will be refunded for your order less shipping (if applicable.)

All online purchases must be returned online. Online purchases can not be returned or exchanged in person. Contact us here to begin your return.
